Tribal Order of Mry is a faith-based organization that carries out its work pursuant to international human rights law, including and not limited to:

UN 61/295. United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples. Article 5. Indigenous peoples have the right to maintain and strengthen their distinct political, legal, economic, social and cultural institutions, while retaining their right to participate fully, if they so choose, in the political, economic, social and cultural life of the State.

UN 60/147. Basic Principles and Guidelines on the Right to a Remedy and Reparation for Victims of Gross Violations of International Human Rights Law and Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law. Sections 19, 20, 21.

The key is reasserting our true identity as Aboriginal Americans.​​
